New Tunes: Red Cortez – “Seasick Brigade” (demo)

A breathless gallop of powerhouse rhythms, militaristic drumrolls, atmospheric guitar epilepsy and howling vocals (complete with a whistle solo), “Seasick Brigade” was, without  a doubt, the highlight of Red Cortez’s live show last Thursday night at the Fox Theater, sounding like a culmination of all the disparate and electric elements that make the band so compelling and alive.

The band was nice enough to share a demo of the brand new song with Web in Front this week, and we’re happy to pass it along to you.  Enjoy.
