Rademacher to re-release four previous EPs as one album: RIP GARDENSIDE (download free bonus track here)

Collecting 18 tracks onto CD from four handmade EPs that appeared in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2008, Rademacher’s newest album, RIP GARDENSIDE, aims to tie up all the loose musical ends that fray before and after the release of their ridiculously good full-length debut, Stunts. Featuring every song from Rademacher, Ice Age, Heart Machine and ERA (released digitally on JAXART), the compilation album documents the band’s recording evolution at Fresno, California’s Gardenside studios. Says Rademacher frontman Malcolm Sosa: “We recorded parking meters. Put mics on the furnace. Beat music stands with drumsticks.”

The album, which will be released in physical form only (imagine that!), can be purchased here, or at Rademacher shows starting on February 10th, when the band goes on tour with the Airborne Toxic Event and the Henry Clay People.

Also of note is the inclusion of two bonus tracks, “What Happened to Your Friends” and “A Little Bit of Both of the Best,” the first of which is available for your greedy, greedy ears as a free download below. RIP GARDENSIDE’s tracklisting is after the jump.
